Beeswax Food Wraps

I’m very aware as a cook who likes to mainly make things from scratch I’m appalled at the amount of packaging I seem to have to throw away. In certain parts France, when you buy a chicken from a butcher it comes in wax paper beautifully decorated. Meat sweats in plastic so I’m very keen to buy my meat from either my local butcher or supermarket butcher take it straight home and take out of it’s plastic wrapping.
