In this little blog, which probably won't be updated as often as it should, I would love to share some musings about food and foody stuff. Today I want to chat about cookware. I have had loads of baking trays throughout the years. They always start off looking amazing and shiny or teflony (you know what I mean) then they very quickly have their first sticky mess. Usually with me, it's the filling from an over stuffed apple pie. Sometimes I just whack the tray in the dishwasher, others it sticks so I soak it over night, then end up scrubbing it the next morning and it never quite looks the same any more. That however dear reader, is a thing of the past and I'm not kidding. Our Place, cookware www.fromourplace.co.uk and buy their griddle pan it's truly the best product I've ever bought. I had to buy the mini one as in the UK we have smaller ovens but they do a fabulous larger one. It comes in a variety of gorgeous colours and washes like a dream in soapy water. Nothing has stuck to it yet, not scones, pie juice or oven chips! I can't recommend these products enough. The pan is a dream as I love poached eggs and there's no residue to get off when the eggs are done, everything just rinses away. Do try it and let me know what you think.
